Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organisers
   This giveaway is organised by Turtle Doves (referred to as "the Organiser").
2. Giveaway Period
   The giveaway starts on Friday 20th February, 2026, at 17:00 (GMT) and ends on March 20th, 2026, at 10:00 (GMT). Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.
3. Entry Details
   Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Turtle Doves accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not received for any reason. To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up on the competition page https://www.turtle-doves.co.uk/page/our-story/giveaway during the entry period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prize Details
   One winner will receive:
   • Turtle Doves: 1 x Pair of Recycled Cashmere Fingerless (worth £39)
5. The total prize value is £39.00
6. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on March 20th, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification
   The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up within seven days of the draw. The winner must respond within seven days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
   By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Data Protection
   Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Turtle Doves privacy policy. Participants can unsubscribe from Turtle Doves emails at any time.
10. Vouchers and Prizes
    Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Closing Date and Extensions
    The closing date for this prize draw may be extended.
12. Eligibility
    Entry is open to mainland UK residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Organisers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
13. Exclusion
    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organisers reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this prize draw at their sole discretion.
14. Amendments
    The Organisers reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Decisions and Liability
    The Organisers' decision in respect of all matters related to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organisers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
16. Responsibility
    The Organisers accept no responsibility if the prizes are delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not received for any reason.
17. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. Amendments
    Turtle Doves reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
