Our neck warmers are crafted from recycled cashmere for luxurious comfort and versatility. The recycled nature of what we do means that every pair is unique, so you will receive a shade within the colour spectrum shown in the photographs. Unisex and suitable for ages 3 and above, this neck warmer is a great gift and a safe and secure alternative to a scarf for children. Every neck warmer is hand-made from recycled jumpers, making each one truly one of a kind. Colour and styles will vary.
Material
Cashmere is a luxurious and soft type of wool that comes from the undercoat of cashmere goats. The fibres are finer and softer than regular wool, making it highly sought after for its warmth, softness, and durability. Cashmere is known for its lightweight feel, insulation properties, and ability to keep you warm in the winter while also being breathable in the summer. product quality was fine but the colours were way out. I appreciate that colours vary but this 'burnt umber' was shades of pink. Completely different and not much use to me

BEWARE when purchasing, you might get any colour and not just those shown. I bought a Lemon Drizzle which is illustrated with images of yellows and greens and got a pink and yellow band. I queried the amount of pink as there is none shown in the images of this colour and got a response to say effectively you might get any colour. I nutcracker another reviewer has raised exactly this issue before. I found the company totally unwilling to engage with the concern, just reiterating you might get any colour not just those photographed. Very disappointing experience, sadly.

When something arrives looking quite different, it naturally takes the shine off the order. Because our pieces are made from recycled cashmere, every batch of yarn has its own character. That’s part of the charm for many people, but it also means that some colourways can vary a little from the images. Even so, the item you receive should still feel true to the palette you chose. I have used Turtle Doves a number of times before, even had an old jumper reconstituted into gloves and headband and been very happy with the results. However I ordered a purple pair of purple fingerless gloves this time, but when they arrived they were navy so had to been returned. It was not easy to locate the QR. code in order to return them.

Smaller than my own neck warmers. Very disappointed that lemon drizzle has a pink rectangle included as I do not like pink and yellows together. Would really prefer to have one that is all yellows and cream.
