If you have 100% cashmere knitwear (must be labelled as such), and would like to recycle it with us for a £20 gift voucher, then here's how to do it:

1 - Order this product and get your order number. (#S------) Use discount code JUMPERDONATION at checkout to cancel the delivery fee. 

Join our newsletter so that we can keep in touch and provide us a phone number in case there are any issues. 

2 - Please include a clearly written note with your jumper, include your order number, name, e-mail address, and contact details. This is really important so that we can identify you.

3 - Package up your cashmere knitwear along with your note and send it to us at:

4 - When we receive your garments and verify that it's cashmere and recyclable, we'll send you an email with a voucher code for £20 to redeem with your online purchase.

• You will not receive a voucher if the goods you send are not accepted by us. Please note - once your garments are sent to us, we will not be able to return them to you.

What we accept: Cardigans, Jumpers, Dresses; any large 100% cashmere garments.

NB: we will send over your voucher once we've received and processed your jumper through our system.
