Delivery Information

UK

We are currently using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (please be aware this is not a 24 hour service). We use Royal Mail to send all of our orders. We always despatch orders as quickly as we can; this will usually be within 48 and 72 hours but during our busy periods this will be extended. We will send a shipping confirmation via email once your parcel has been dispatched. Our Special Delivery option costs £8.00 and will ensure that your order is sent the same day, as long as we receive the order by midday on weekdays. The service is the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service so, please note that any orders over the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will not be processed until Monday or the next working day.

Delivery is free when you spend over £50 on our website.

Our shipping rates

Picking and packing your orders is now taking between 3-5 days.

If you choose Tracked 24 or 48 this only applies to orders that have been dispatched and not the processing and packing times.

If orders are required urgently, we would advise to use special delivery (orders must be placed before 12 noon to ensure the parcel arrives next day).

Royal Mail Tracked 48 FREE with orders over £50 Standard Delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 £3.95.

Special Delivery - weekdays only £8.00 - order before midday on a weekday.

US Shipping

Delivery to all US addresses is free of charge. All orders are sent via tracked post or courier.

Canadian Shipping

Standard delivery to all Canadian addresses is free of charge. All orders are sent via tracked post or courier. 

German Delivery

All fees and duties for import and export are already included in our prices.

Australian Delivery

Standard delivery to all Australian addresses is free of charge. All orders are sent via tracked post or courier

European Delivery (Excl Germany)

Pick Up/Drop off services are available to Post Offices in Belgium and France.

Rest of World Delivery

Free Worldwide delivery options are available. Separate delivery options are available for US, Canada and Australia.

All orders are sent using a tracked post or via courier, the time to deliver your parcel will be calculated during checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes.

Please note that some countries may be liable for customs and import taxes. If your country is listed below then customs and import taxes are included in the price. If you’re country is not listed we offer the option to pay taxes and duties at the checkout, if you choose not to pay import taxes and duties you may be liable for these when they arrive in your country. At no point is Turtle Doves (not just gloves) Ltd. liable for these taxes and duties.
